I am stuck in Half-Life one for PlayStation 2, can anybody help?

For previous level save or auto save or auto save to restore back to restore back to.

Listen, when you are in the container, quickly start jumping on the boxes, higher and higher. And than you will come out of the container.
And another solution is to press F7 I think, it’s iether F7 or F9 I don’t remember check the controls. And when you press it it will load your last saved game. got it?
