no you manualy seat the brass and rounds. the machine automatically take out the old prime, loads a new one, puts powder into the brass. You then load one bullet into the farest one on the line and your have a ready to fire bullet(the clinking sound at the end, when he lifts the handle all the way up, is the sound of the bullet dropping into the box with the white piece of paper).
